No hidden fees. No commission on top of retainers. Choose a monthly plan that suits your business size, or instruct us on a no win, no fee basis.
Your tier is based on your company's annual turnover. We use the definitions below to determine the right plan for your business.
All prices exclude VAT. Cases exceeding your monthly allowance are handled at our standard no win, no fee contingency rate. No commission is charged on top of retainer fees.
If you'd rather not commit to a monthly retainer, we work on a pure contingency basis. You pay nothing unless we recover your debt.
We pursue your outstanding B2B invoices across the United Kingdom. Our fee is 20% of the amount successfully recovered — nothing if we don't collect.
No win, no feeCross-border recovery involves additional complexity, foreign jurisdiction, and third-party agents. Our international rate reflects this — still no charge if we don't recover.
No win, no feeWhat counts as one debt?
Each individual debtor (company) counts as one case, regardless of how many invoices are outstanding against them. Multiple invoices from the same debtor are handled as a single case within your monthly allowance.
What happens if I exceed my monthly debt allowance?
Any cases above your monthly allowance are handled at our standard no win, no fee contingency rate — 20% for UK debts and 30% for international debts. There are no additional fixed charges on top of your retainer.
Can unused cases roll over to the following month?
Unused cases do not roll over — your allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. If you consistently use fewer cases than your allowance, we'd recommend reviewing whether a lower tier is more appropriate.
Is VAT charged on top of the retainer fee?
Yes. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%) and shown separately on your invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can move between tiers with 30 days' written notice. Upgrades can typically be processed more quickly if required — contact us to discuss.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Retainer agreements are on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. There is no minimum term, though we find clients see the best results after the first 2–3 months as we build familiarity with their debtor base.
Which tier applies to me if I'm between categories?
